LIS 6271 RESEARCH METHODS
This research proposal and presentation, titled "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Special Collections and Archives in the US and Canada," resulted from a semester-long group project. We designed a research study, including an abstract, literature review, survey instrument, research method design, timeline, and budget. Some group members, including myself, expressed interest in future research. At the end, the team created a PowerPoint presentation in order to provide the general aspects of our research proposal.

LIS 6409 INTRODUCTION TO LIBRARY ADMINISTRATION
This literature review focuses on best practices for hiring student workers, interns, and volunteers in Archives and Special Collections. Developing policies and procedures and intentional training design can ensure a successful experience for both students and professionals. To investigate the current practices in Florida, I plan to conduct a survey in the near future. Here is a draft of my survey.
